Yes, it is. The Command adhesive doesn't have any trouble sticking to it. Like I said, it hasn't come off yet after a year.

Two suggestions that are making our 23IKSS bath more user friendly. Bed Bath and Beyond has "over-the-cabinet door" toilet roll holders or you can do what I did which was to mount a decent roll holder inside the sink cabinet lower door. You're not bumping it all the time and it doesn't get wet. As for as TOWELS I have 2 "5 hook over-the-door" racks attached to the bathroom door (one facing in the bathroom for towels and the other facing into the living area for jackets)

Another mod for hanging towels, especially since the shower curtain is on a track and not a bar is to use a spring loaded curtain rod placed above and behind the toilet.

X2 - they are useless. Even for small hotel shampoo bottles. I bought two soap savers from Camping World and put one in the centre of each section. One for soap and one for shampoo.
