2017 IKSS - microwave doesn't heat

Hello. Picked up my new roo 2 weeks ago. We spent two nights at a local campsite to break it in this past weekend. When using the microwave, it appears to work just fine (rotation, light, noise) but it doesn't actually heat the food. No mention during the PDI of something to do to initialize it. Is there some thing I need to do? Or do I just have a bum micro?

Thanks guys. Will put it on the list for my warranty visit. Also noticed that when having two phones plugged into the USB jacks by the back bed, both phones wouldn't charge, only when one is plugged in. Not sure if both are signs of a bigger issue, but I know I'll have some things for them to look at when I take it in.
