They should but my correcting that involves removing the furnace to allow rerouting the wiring and plumbing along the top on the space rather than the floor. The length of the PEX hose may not allow that.

FR may intend to keep the space clear for fire hazard reasons. Check the clearance specs in the furnace doco. Be careful. A trailer is a tinder box.

I would use that space for accessory electrical equipment such as an inverter or solar control panel, should I ever go that way. It's right behind the battery and you can use the channel of the awning to route wire down from the roof.

Haha, I hear ya. I just like to mod and when I camp alone (which is a lot) I thought I would primarily use the back bunk and might want to have the option to move the tv back there.

Looking at ours, if you can find a longer set of the arms, it may be able to flip around so you can see it from the back bunk.

Be careful that it collapses against the wall closely enough to avoid damage as the kitchen slides in.

Did you buy the 2nd year factory warranty first?
That should be the first thing you do before paying a lot more for a 3rd party warranty that often doesn't cover important things.

I bought the trailer used from the original owner. After buying I found out that the original warranty doesn't transfer to the new owner like a car would. So I'm looking in to other options. Yes a 3rd party 4 year is $1600.00

I had a pdi done on it before purchased to see if there was any problems that could be fixed under the original owners warranty. They only found something wrong with the stereo and replaced it.

I seen a PDI form that they had checked off, But have found a few things that needed attention. I'm waiting on a new tent end and stretch net to come in for replacement.

If they were they should have vacuumed up the 3 Lb of sawdust, wood chips and styrofoam that was under there.

Steps...be prepared to get twisted and stuck....
Remove both front cabniet doors and remove the 2 panels
Remove table and seat panels opening everything up.
Remove all the zipties and screwed wire holders.
Un-attached the GFI outlet on the far left, 2 wing screws, and untangled it pulling it out to the seating area.
The extrerior light wiring was ziptied to the waterline across the upper front.
The 110 GFI line was attached to the upper rear section of cabinet, and 12V lines ziptied to it.
Left panel was moved towards the filter gaining just a few more inches.
Right panel moved all the way to about 6" off the outside wall, covering the water line and wires.
14"x 38" (IIRC) panel (that came out of an old PopUp years ago) fit perfect blocking the furnace area.
I'll try and get pic's up tomarrow.

Wife has 3 HD laundry bags that fit perfect, the spare little used stuff goes in 1st, and still have room for our electric heater and leftover space....
1 bag would not fit to begin with
Small gain here

Here is the big gain....Its a stretch to reach back there....note the wires up top.

I figure we went from 2.5 cu-ft to 10 cu-ft

Most will advise against it.
Many 3rd party warranties don't cover the important things. They get you in the fine print at the bottom of the page.
Did you get the $150 2nd year factory warranty?
Most issues are found in that 2 year period.
The only time I am OK with one, is when you buy used.

I'll agree with the 2nd year extension.
