233s coupler height

I was hoping someone with a 2017 Roo 233s could help me out. I want to make sure I measured correctly. Could someone tell me how high the coupler is when the trailer is parallel to the ground? I measured 24 1/2" but want to verify.

Are you measuring to the bottom flange of STEEL on the coupler?

It's easier to measure to the bottom of that flange with a tape measure.

Ground to bottom of my coupler flange is 22" off ground when my 2014 233s is sitting level.

Do any of you know your average tongue weight? Mine was around 900lbs when I took it to the scales and I was wondering if the is high for the 233s or if it is average.
