23IKSS Dimensions (opened)

Does anyone know (or have a link to) the dimensions of the 23IKSS when opened? I'd like to know the footprint of the trailer when actually using it (awning included).

you are probably close to 30 feet front to back with the beds deployed - don't know the side to side measurements with the awning out.

add 8 feet for the awning at least... on top of the 8 feet of camper width
the awning has about a foot of adjust-ability either in or further away.

31 feet front and back bunks out by 16-17 feet wide with the awning out.

You can add another 5 feet to the width if you have a 3rd side bunk.

I think that is a pretty good guess without actually measuring.

Ours is 27 feet when open, but the current model is longer due to the tweaks to the floorplan since they expanded the bathroom for the larger shower. Not much longer though - maybe a foot or 2. The trailer is 8 feet wide, plus 39" for the sofa/dinette slide on the street side. 18" for the kitchen slide, which isn't relevant if you are including the width of the awning.

Thanks everyone. So for the "pre-enlarged" bathroom models I have:

27' long (bunks down) and either 19 1/4' wide (dinette slide + awning) or 12 3/4' wide (no awning).
