2913 Roo 25RS Wall Separated at Rear Corner

We are the original owners of a 2013 Roo 25RS. We have had minimal problems with our RV and we were surprised to notice this this morning. The slide itself seems to be ok, but the rear wall it sits in has separated from the side walls. Does anyone have an advice or who we should contact? We don't care for our dealer we bought it from.

We currently bought a jack and have it supported up even though it doesn't appear to be the problem.

If you do a search, there was a 23RS owner that had the the rear bed slide fall out.
They took it to the factory, who fixed it at a discounted price.

Just a reminder to ALL !! if using your phone to take pics....TURN THE PHONE SIDEWAYS ! NOT STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN. This site has a problem with pics and will not flip the photos 90 degrees.

"Wide is Right" for phone pics.

We live in the suburbs of Detroit, but have 2 more trips planned for Halloween camping. We are going to try calling on Monday. Thank you everyone for the advice! I had the hubby sleep on the sofa last night just because We aren't sure if extra weight on the slide is going to worsen it.

That is exactly what ours looked like from the inside. While we were still out camping, we found that if we pulled the slide in a few inches, it closed back up. We also put a tarp over as we didn't want water to get in and cause any other damage. Hope this fix works for you too! Keep us updated please.

The studs broke in the corner.
If aluminum, weld broke.
If wood, the wood cracked.
These rear beds are to heavy for the amount of framing they put in there. Horrible design.
I had the same issue with a 2005 Keystone Outback. The aluminum studs failed in several places where the welds broke. I made the repairs with screws and mending plates and traded it in.
Good luck, keep us posted.
Edit: I would not take the unit on another trip. What do you do if the entire rear slide falls out or the back wall rips off?
If you do decide to go out, take a long ratchet strap, eye bolts that are long enough to go through the walls with nuts and large fender washers.
You will also need a drill with bits.
You can hold the slide (or back wall) in the hole with the strap by drilling through the side walls, attach eye bolts and ratchet strap.
Of course this is a last chance repair to get you home and the trailer is now totaled.

That's probably why most RV manufacturers dropped rear bed slides.
Keystone Outback is the only brand with more than one model, as far as I know.

The rear slide operates completely on its own and does not depend on the rear wall for any sort of support. There is nothing wrong with the slide, no sag or anything. The only time the slide has anything to do with that wall is when it's closed all the way or open all the way and the rubber frame to keep water out is touching it.

Well, the wall did not just separate because it has nothing to do with the slide weight but what do I know?
Take it in to the dealer, let us know what they say caused the back wall to rip off from the side wall.
Keep us posted.
