A/C Modification

I have seen a product from RV Airflow that helps direct the air from your A/C into the ducting more efficiently and living in AZ, I was really interested.

Today I followed this video and completed the A/C mod in my 24WS. I didn't want to spend $170 for the RV Airflow and this was a pretty easy alternative for less than $10 and an hour or so of my time.

It is 97 today in Phoenix and before I did this, I set the thermostat to 84. The A/C ran continuously. After I completed this mod, the A/C cycled on and off and the whole trailer is much cooler including the bunk ends.

Pretty impressed with the results and it is worth noting that the A/C is much quieter now too for an added bonus.

I did similar with pool noodles and aluminum tape . did not cover the dump vent but did get much better flow through the ducts when done . i want to leave the dump available to use if i want .
