Bed pole holder

Anyone know where I can get a bed pole holder? I'm not sure what the real name is. It is attached with two screws, so I assume it's not hard to replace ... it's just finding one. Any ideas?Click image for larger version

If that pole is just for a privacy curtain, look in Wally World or any hardware store. Might not find the same look but a curtain rod holder or maybe if its larger a closet rod holder. if it's weight bearing, check with the FR Division that built your rig.

That part is specifically for hybrid canvas tent ends.
There are a number of threads here, in the Hybrid section, that name places to get them from. Plus you can order them from FR parts department but they'll probably be more expensive.

bikendan - I've been looking around at FR webpage and cannot find how to contact the Parts people. Do you call them or have web chats? And can you tell me where the Roo folks do online business? Thanks.

That looks like the same piece used on the roof pole for popup bunks. You can get a set of 2 at https://www.hannarv.com/P/21549/Fore...ectorBase2Pack and I'm pretty sure you can get replacements at Camping World.

At $14 for a pair of them it isn't worth any time shopping around, just order them.

LOL. They were on BO earlier this year and I was desperate so I 3D printed a couple of them. They were more fragile than the OEM units and were not worth the effort.

I email FR when I need parts, and surprisingly they've been CHEAP on everything I have needed. I mean cheap even compared to shopping around online.

The email address I use is:
rockwoodowners@forestriverinc.com
You might want to go to the website for your specific model and find the "About us" or "Contact Us" info specific for your brand.

It might take them a day or so to get back, so don't expect a 30 minute turnaround, but once you are talking to them, you get an individual's email address and things get pretty quick.

Lucky you. That has not been my experience. I've had two guys working on an issue with the LED strip on the front of my Roo for months and they have never contacted me back after committing to do so. I finally found a similar part and fixed it myself.

I've had similar experiences both times I've contacted them. I even was able to find the aluminum extrusion for the table that mounts on the side of the RV. It took a while since it is part of an assembly they buy (the table) but they tracked it down and it was cheaper than the other parts online I found. I also got a new bubble for over my shower for $25 to replace the cracked one. Very good customer service.

One thing I should have mentioned, send pictures and send your VIN in any correspondence with them, it will speed things up because that way they don't have to come back and ask you for them.
