Bent Frame Roo 233S
We purchased a 2018 Roo 233S last August, set it up twice at campgrounds and had it set up in our yard while at home. The left side 'I' beam (when looking at camper from the back) has twisted in/to the right at the rear stabilizer jack. Dealer is telling us that this is not a warranty claim issue, but they can't tell us how the damage occurred. They gave us a few "for instance" scenarios, but are not able to substantiate any of them based on the damage to the frame. I believe that Lippert is the manufacturer of the frame on our unit, and we have found some cases online with their frames bending/twisting. Has anyone experienced similar issues?
Very frustrating to have a brand new camper with this type of issue, and no reason for the cause. Concerned that if we have it fixed, it will be an ongoing issue that could create greater problems down the road

Easiest way to publish a photo ( up to 5) is to get the photo onto a computer and use the paper clip icon to find and upload the photo to the forum.
I too would like to see this twisted I-beam.
Several photos from different angles would be best.

Lightweight trailer frames are easily bent using the stabilizers to level the trailer. That happen? Since it doesn't appear to be evident until now it's the first suspect. Stabilizers should just be run down to ground contact, not raising any corner.

My thought would be did someone at some time move the rig without fully lifting the stabilizer and catch it on the ground or something bending the frame. I would also lean toward trying to level the rig with the stabilizers as a possible cause.

In hindsight, that should have been caught during the PDI walkaround. The frame is the foundation and anything out of square should show up in the alignment of the interior components.
FWIW, bent frames are pulled back all the time by auto body shops. One should be able to pull yours back into shape.

Inadvertently moving the trailer with the stabilizer down could also bend the frame.
