We ordered a 23ikss a couple weeks ago from a local dealer. I called today to get the build date, but they just give me a generic answer that it would be 6 to 8 weeks and should arrive second week of April. Should they be able to tell me what this date is or can I call FR to get it?
That's a bummer. I know it's only the end of February but I was hopeful to get a build date earlier than a month. Thankfully the dealership we ordered our 21ss from has people who do a dealer pickup so we won't have to worry about driver shortages. Best of luck to you!

They tend to build them in batches based on model type. Build time is very short about 3-4 days. And it is good if your dealer is picking it up, that will prevent the inevitable delay for shipping. I am hearing there are parts delivery delays as well as shipping delays.
