When you close the bunk end how easy is it to close the latches? If you have to push at all, something is keeping it open. First time we opened the camper (2nd owner) we had a little water.
Now when we close up we stuff and pull in all the canvas. The door latches close with no pushing which I think makes a better seal at top.

On a dark night take a bright light in the camper. Use a ladder to look for escaping light from the edges. If light gets out, water will get in.

the seals are the first thing to check on older hybrids.
i have an '07 23SS and i check the seals constantly.
yours could be permanently compressed or cracked or torn.
second, is the door bowed in the middle?
third, check the marker lights above the bunk door. sometimes they will allow rain to get through the caulking.
fourth, are you sure no canvas got caught between the seals?
