Camco Olympian heaters

Happy spring time guys.
So I'm sick and tired of listening to my furnace turn on and off all night during spring and fall camping in the Roo. So I'm going to buy a Camco heater but not sure what BTU will be necessary for my needs mind you I camp on the prairies and rocky mountains, spring and fall can get down to freezing temps.
I'd like to hear from others that use these in their Roos.

I had one in my popup truck camper, awesome device, heat without the 12 volt heater fan killing the battery. They are silent so no noise when sleeping.
They are unvented so they need oxygen to operate. That means sleeping with a window open. Not a problem with an airleaky pop-up or in your case, a hybrid.
Mine was the smallest model.

We could answer better as to the size if we knew what size RV you plan on heating with it.

I'd say either the 6000 or 8000 btuh unit would do what you need. Since there's no thermostat on those units I'm not sure if the 8000 btu unit would be too big. But, there's only $20 difference between the 6000 & 8000 units.

P.S. Yeah, I went to your profile and saw that it's a 23IKSS, but it would be nice to put that in your OP.

Mr Heater... proven reliable for many years...
pair it with a hose/adapter to a 20# tank...
I keep a small fan operating just to circulate hot air off the ceiling for more uniform heat
