If I heat my freshwater tank and lines and put antifreeze in my black and gray tanks should I be good to say 10 Degrees?

Are you planning on 10 degree weather round the clock or just at night?

If it warms above freezing during the days then you should be more than safe with the precautions you stated.

That said, my TT has heaters on all tanks underneath. Only thing I worry about freezing is my freshwater hose and it gets put away at night when cold.
