Contact for RV Roo Issues

Anyone have a contact person for FR who deals w/ Roos? Warranty Issues.
I need to contact them and would like to deal w/ someone without being transferred several times

No luck at the dealership we just purchased from. I just keep landing in someone voice mailbox with no return call.
