Delamination

It looks like I have a delamination problem on my recently bought 2010 Roo 21SS , see attached pics. It's the lower right front side as you can see from the pictures (looking from the Tow Vehicle) . In real it's alot less noticeable than in the pictures.

This area is directly behind the water pump. The dreaded water filter is somewhere around the middle of the trailer in this area. If wonder if there had been a water problem with the filter or a leak in the light. A quick look in the area of the water pump doesn't seem to reveal any water damage but it is hard to see.

What do you think? Opinions appreciated.

first place I would investigate is the light to see if water infiltrated the gasket. From the picture it looks to me as if the delam could have spread from that area.

Is that the only place? or does it run up the side in the corner? If that's it I would pull the screws on that skirt and check for rust. My old camper on the back at the bottom did the same. The peace of trim shaped like an L had no sealer on the bottom of it. And water just came in. Check the filter arera. As well for dampness. Put a hose on your city water. Turn on and check for leaks.
