Dometic 300 toilet

I have a 2020 Roo 24WS with the Dometic 300 toilet that I need to swap out due to the same issue so many others have posted about. I have taken measurements and I do not believe a 320 will work given the rough in dimensions required (11 inches) but it does look like a 310 will work. Has anyone with the same model upgraded to either the 310 or 320?

thanks in advance

I think all of the Roo bathrooms on late model units are the same size except for the one with the bathtub. If 320 fits in other Roo's you will be OK

Thanks hobienick, I know others have replaced with the 310, I was just not sure about the 320.

We replaced our 300 with a 310 in our 24ws. Took like 15 minutes, works great, highly recommended. I measured a while and couldn’t see a 320 working either so that’s why I chose the 310. The edge of the lid does touch the cabinet at full open so we put a toilet seat cover on it to stop it from marking the door.

I was able to get through today after a 1.5 hour wait. They have stopped replacing directly and offering the upgrade, will only go through authorized service centers now so you have to look up service centers in your area, coordinate with them to replace and they will cover costs. Upgrades are up to the service center. They did tell me to make sure that for any replacement, the serial number starts with 030 or greater (date of manufacturing - first zero is for 2020).

Pretty disappointed overall that I have to drag the trailer somewhere to do a job I can do in the fraction of the time it will take to get done.

You could always buy the 310 yourself to save the time and headache. Is it worth the few hundred $'s? Maybe.

I paid full price for my 310 and the install was one of the easiest things I've done in my TT.

Worth the money? YOU BET. It feels like a REAL toilet. Not like something you might dislodge from the floor or worse yet have break under you and end up pinching/cutting tender spots on your anatomy.

I will most likely just buy one, not that expensive. Thanks all!
