Dometic DMR702 Electric Element and its Sleeve

Hi Guys!

I had problems with the Dometic DMR702 on my Shamrock 21DK trailer.

It is working on LP but is not on electric. This week-end, we tested the element and it is done. When we extracted the element, the sleeve (ceramic?) that was hosting the element broke.

Anyone knows if it can be replaced? Replacing the element does not look too hard but the sleeve is essential in my view to keep the element in place.

What year is your rig? If there's a warranty on that fridge, contact Dometic. If not, you need more help that someone with more experience may be able to provide.

It is a 2017.

I doubt the warranty still applies here.

No. However, I'll bet Dometic has a manual for that fridge on their website that might answer many of your questions.

Call these people. They have the widest array of Dometic elements. They should be able to help you figure out which one you need.
