Dometic Power Awning Won't Extend

I got all set up at our campsite and am plugged into shore power.... when I pressed the extend button nothing happened. When I press the retract button it does click and pull back ever so slightly (because it's already retracted). Has anyone had this happen to them & know a fix?

Pull switch and make sure you have power when extending.

Does anyone do any maintenance on their electric awning. Love mine. I spray silicone on the pivot points on occasion .
