Dometic refrigerator issue

Turned on refrigerator on AC power and would not cool down, same on gas. Checked all the fuses on circuit board. This is our second unit in three years. This is a 2013 rockwood roo. Has anyone had this problem or have any suggestions?

Not sure about the issue while on gas but did you check to see if the unit came unplugged from the outlet located behind your outside panel? I was warned that the plug can wiggle loose with road vibrations. Good luck

And if you're trying to run on gas is your battery charged and/or connected? Being new to HTT I didn't know I needed to have the battery switch on to run the fridge on gas.

You need a solid source of 12 volt DC to run the fridge on anything. ALL the control circuits are DC.

In the inside of the fridge did the little temperature sensor slide down the end blade? Happened to me this week and fridge was barely cold.

Make sure your RV is level also as this affects the refrigerator's ability to cool
