First camping trip of the year!

We finally have been able to go camping this year. Every trip we had booked this year has either been cancelled do to bad weather or work related. Didn't think we would have ever get out yesterday.. First the Roo had a flat, then ended up having to work later then planned, got stung by 3 wasp (highly allergic) sat at the doctors office for 2 hrs. Finally 6 hrs later we where on our way out..Click image for larger version

First camping trip of the year!

I told my wife the same thing. Good thing that came out if the deal was my doctor didn't charge me for the visit or shot, she felt bad for me.

Where did you go? We just returned from Brazos Bend State Park - a great visit. Hot, but we managed.

Sorry you had the bad string of luck! Play the lotto!

We went to Rocky Creek on Lake Sommerville.. It was hot but with 2 box fans it became pleasant. We just booked a spot at Cagle and a trip to the Gruene area.
