Fullway Termination Valve = Sewer Drain?

Before I look all over the place before flushing the black tank, is it safe to assume that the "fullway termination valve" is just the blackwater tank drain through the hose into a drain?

Yep... nothing more than the black tank blade valve.

The sticker is simply a warning that using the black tank flush with the valve closed could result in a crap geyser on the roof from the black tank being over filled and spewing out the roof vent.
