Gap under food out bed?

Packing up in or last trip today. I noticed a gap under the side bed. Does this look normal? Seems like it might be pulling away. About a 3/4" gap. See pics.

Bet lotta folks saw the typo (food instead of foot) & didn't bother opening the msg... I have same gap on the rear bunk of our 2017 / 21ss but not the front. Took it to dealers for warranty repair & he said it was normal. So I walked out in the lot & sure enough the rear bunks had the gap, front didn't. Said angle of rear wall necessate the gap. Come spring I will caulk it. Looks like crap

Mine has it too and I feel it under mattress. May be standard but its still flawed.
