Looking to buy a 2008 Roo 232

I'm looking to buy a 2008 Rockwood Roo 232 with the front deck. But I can't find an owners manual online. . Can someone point me to one? Also are there any major issues I should look out for? This will be my first camper.

You won't find an owners manual specifically for the trailer. New trailers come with a stack of manuals specific for each appliance in them, but they do not make generic trailer manuals. What are you trying to figure out?

As was said, the owners manual is generic and has no model-specific or brand-specific information.
Only basic RV systems information.

You can download most of the manuals for the important stuff, like fridge, a/c, furnace, water heater, from their manufacturer's website.
Just get the make and model numbers.

There's a PDI checklist sticky here that you can download and take with you, before you pay for it.

Look for signs of water damage on the bunk ends and near the hinges of the bunks. Look for discoloration around these areas. Look for delamination of the fiberglass, waviness on the outside of the bunks when closed, which is also a sign of water damage.

Soft spots on the floor. Look on the roof for missing and cracked sealant at the roof joints.

Good luck
