Go inside your unit to the area where the sticker is.

Look inside of what ever is there, you may need to remove a false panel to get to the valves.

Roo's don't have valves, just caps.

Older Roos DO have low point valves, not caps.
My 2007 23SS has the H/C valves for the low point drains under the sofa.

I have a 2016 21ss, mine are right behind the sticker about an inch off the skirting and 2 inches through the floor. Hard to locate at first. Going to extend and add valves before spring.

Mine has caps, both white. The PVC pipes are 1 red & 1 blue. I needed a flashlight to find them the 1st time I crawled underneath. They come down about 4 inches & are kinda tucked up close to the frame, so they are hard to see. Once you find them it's very easy the next time.

Any idea on what size valve/thread to they use? I'd also like to at least at the valve as those caps seems like they are going to be way to easy to lose.

I put 1/4 turn valves on mine a couple years ago when one of my caps were leaking. Just take your cap with you to figure out what size/thread you need.

Perversely,
My '16 21ss has black caps against the black floor, with just enough white threads sticking through to get them on. Found them by touch.
