Made it through Isaias

Well first time for everything. Happened to be camping during the tropical storm. Wound up with 7 inches of rain, multiple tornado warnings to seek shelter, and some decent wind. The Roo did drip a bit in the front bunk, kind of expected it considering I never witnessed rain so hard for such a long period of time. Made it through unharmed which was good.

That leads to my question. Any idea where this the water could have been coming in. It was dripping behind the bottom of overhead storage, where the bed frame meets the body. I tried going out during the storm to run a bead of silicone across the top frame didn't stop it.

I had to put together a contraption to redirect the water so it didn't hit the mattress. It's ugly but worked

We had a similar problem during the storm. Had the rain but not the wind. Still it was strange because there is no obvious damage to the wood or walls. I think the water came from metal around the front bunk opening. Normal rain has never done that but the rain from that storm was intense. Anyway my solution was to put one of the throw pillows on that corner of the bed and a bowl to capture any accumulation. It worked but would love to know if you find out where it was coming from.
