Mounting an Observation Camera

I have been using a Tadi Bros observation camera all season and am very happy with it, except for how it mounts to the shark fin. Long story short, I would like to just mount the camera bracket directly to the back wall of the trailer instead of on the shark fin. I will still keep the wiring going through the "box" in the shark fin so I plan to mount the Tadi Bros bracket very close to it.

My question is, is there anything behind the walls outer skin for the screws to go in to? I would prefer to not rely on just the thin luan plywood to hold my camera in place.
