Mystery switch

Hi All
Recently purchased our 2nd hybrid roo camper. This one is a 2016 Rockwood Roo Model 23WS.
My question is when entering this unit directly to your right is a nightstand for the front bunk. On this nightstand facing out is a standard 120v outlet, however, underneath this is a single rocker switch ( looks to have been installed when built not afterwards) this switch glows red when turned on but have not found out just what it controls. The dealer we bought from could not answer this question for me.

Thanks Earl

Pics are often better than descriptions.

Since it's used, it might have been installed by a previous owner.

Yep, a photo will help us Roo-people (before the toy hauler and motorhomes offer guesses.

I installed a lighted switch for my stair light in such a position. The light itself is on the bottom of the trailer illuminating the star so is hard to see in daylight hence the lighted switch.

My heated waste tanks also have such a switch -- unlabelled -- from the factory but it's back by the thermostat. Pretty sure the water heater switch in that general area only illuminates until the the flame fires.

i have a 2016 23WS Shamrock, your Roo twin. it has no rocker switch at that location. we do have the outlet there.

i suspect someone installed a light to the front storage area?
