New bunk fan ideas
So we camped most of this summer without using the AC since it was chilly most nights. If we don’t have fans in we get condensation in the bunks. It seemed wasteful to have to vent fans on and the heater on. We have these bunk fans but they sound like jet engines and don’t move much air. Anyone have suggestions for better fans that would have the same plug? We have these plugs at each bunk. Thanks

one MAX airre fan on low with the bunk mattress heat on low and the outer window unzipped about 6 inches wastes little heat and keeps my bunks dry
also I have a 20 inch box fan on medium pointed from the rear floor to the front bunk keeps the bunk ends dry

I have heated mattresses but don’t have the cords for them unfortunately. Previous owner lost them. Box fan may be the way to go but was hoping for something smaller to not take up floor space.

The heated mattresses were made by Flair Interiors, which Lippert bought out. You should be able to buy replacement controllers from Flair or Lippert.

I have a small clip on fan (110) and a 12 volt fan purchased from a Luvs truck stop. Both about $20.Quiet and move the air well around the bunkroom. Only use one at a time depending upon camping style.

Yeah, those fans are LOUD! I bought these as well. They last >8 hours on a charge on high. Move the same amount of air I think.
