New Trailer

I'm looking to buy a 2007 21' Forest River Rockwood Roo and am trying to find out what I should be aware of. It has a propane heater and hot water, Roof AC, stove and I plan to purchase furniture. The mice ate the end canvas curtains, sofa and beds so was also wondering where I can buy items for the camper. Thanks

Most important things to check are the roof seams, the bunk doors, bunk door gaskets, bunk door frames and any sidewall delamination.

delamination is when water soaks into a sidewall from a leak somewhere and bulges the fiberglass shell... expensive fix... look under the bunk door sides ( where there typically are leaks into the sidewall) and the bunk doors themselves... the fiberglass shell should be flat and not wavy... best noticed in sunlight or use a strong flashlight

you can youtube delamination and see what it takes to fix

if the mice did that much destruction I would be wary... sounds like a lot of rot also

PLUS you will need NEW tires... about $600-900 for four
