Congratulations from one 23ss owner to another!

We are always looking forward to the next camping weekend, and unfortunately, I'm always looking ahead to the next purchase for the Roo!

Any recommendations?

Wheel chalk build instructions:

Super easy

4 - 10" pcs of 4x4 or close to it (I used stickers found on the bottom of bulk wood bunks from Home Depot - best part they are free)

2 - 24" x 1/2" threaded rod
6 - 1/2" cut washers galv.
6 - 1/2" standard nuts galv

These measurements are for a 23SS so other models might be different.

Using a mitre saw you want to bevel each side of the blocks at 40 degrees.
Next measure and drill a 1/2" hole in the center of each block.
Starting from the bottom of each threaded rod:
1/2" nut (I started 4" up from the bottom)
1/2" cut washer
Bottom block with beveled end facing up
1/2" cut washer
1/2" nut
Tighten to lock the bottom chalk block in place
Top block with beveled end facing down
1/2" cut washer
1/2" nut

Place between the wheels and tighten the upper nut using a pair of channel locks or crescent wrench

Enjoy

Great pictures Cruze!
It is alway nice to take as many pictures of your rig inside and out so when you need to review them on the computer dry is always better.
You need
Roof pictures
Back of refigerator
Back of hot water heater
Water pump
Electrical panels
Control panel inside
AC wiring behind the filter vent in ceiling
More pictures the merrier.
Good luck now that spring is so close.
Where are you planning to head out to next?

Congrats, nice pics of your 23SS. Couldn't tell from your exterior pic but have you installed a vent cover yet?

We are planning two trips in May. One local to us to break it in and then something possibly on the west side of Michigan for Memorial Day.

Our goal is to camp 1 to 2 weekends a month even if it just somewhere local. My wife and I celebrate our wedding anniv. in Copper Harbor, MI each year during a week in July. We are hoping to do one additional week long trip in Sept.

Just concluded 10 nights of camping. 2 nights @ Metamora/Hadley, 3 nights @ Copper Harbor and 5 nights @ Burt Lake. Amazing time and no issues at all. Just need to figure out our storage for our gear so we can reduce the setup/tear down time. We have it down to roughly 1.5 hours but that is with everything setup including the Kayaks off the rack on the truck.

Nice to hear! Glad you're enjoying the Roo.

By the way, your question about the vent cover from April - I like the Maxxair II
