Outdoor sink solutions

I'm looking for ideas to create an outdoor sink when camping with our 233S. I primarily want it for doing dishes outside. Family of 9 makes for lots of dishes. I wish the outdoor shower were on the front side of the camper. I've replaced the shower head with a standard hose and ran the hose to the front side of the camper but that's a pain b/c can't control water temperature without going to back of camper and bending under the bunk. I'm thinking about connecting hoses to the low point drains or installing an outdoor shower on the front side of the camper. Maybe a portable instant hot water heater. I know could just do dishes inside but I want to be outside. Thanks for any ideas or experience with this.

We setup a small folding table by the outside shower and have a few tubs we use to do the dishes.

Outdoor Sink

Appreciate the tubs by the outdoor shower approach. It's an acceptable alternative but for us, we tend to eat late and it's dark around back. Also, our young family and activity is all around front. We want to be together for both fun and supervision purposes. Often we just fill the tubs and carry them around the front and refill.... Likely we'll keep doing it this way but looking for additional ideas. Thanks.

Popupportal.com and Pinterest has lots of modifications that can be used on the hybrids.

There are quite a few "camping sink" combos out there. We have a couple of them we've tried over the years. Anytime more than just "us" are rving together we use them. Got one from Gander Mountain for about 75% off when they went under. Got another off ebay.

Here are a few ideas:

Something like this with a faucet added might work. Connecting to low point drains with short hose would work.

I like the tables. I think my main issue is finding a consistent convenient source of hot or cold water up front. I think the low point drain is likely the best solution. Anyone know how to change the current low point drain plugs over to a standard hose connection? Or are there hoses available that will thread to the current size connection? Thanks.

You should be able to go to one of the big box store and buy the push-lock connectors. I'd cut the threaded ends off and install small ball valves with quick disconnects that you can plug your outside sink into.

I would just take the outside showerhead off and hook up a longer hose to the end. Run the hose wherever you want to an outside single faucet spout and turn both the hot and cold wide open at the shower. Then when you open the 2nd faucet you get warm at the outdoor garden sink or whatever you set up.

I bought a folding fish cleaning table with a sink in it, they have them at most outdoor stores like Cabela's. Plan on just hooking the water up to the outdoor shower.

Just make sure you know what you're going to do with the "gray water" from your portable sink.

And that subject's "a whole 'nother kettle of fish."
