Outdoor Utility Light Replacement

I wanted to replace my orange outdoor utility light with a blue lens, like the LED strip color that you’ll see running along awnings. For the life of me, I can’t find a cover that isn’t either clear or orange.

Does anyone make other color lenses for the oval outdoor utility light?

Thanks!

Could you get a clear lens and spray the inside with a translucent blue paint? If you run LED bulbs it shouldn't get hot and affect the paint. I've see metallic blue paints (model paints) that you could almost see through.

the orange color is a bug repellent light. Not a repellent but it does not draw bugs.

I added an LED strip under my awning, incredibly happy with the results.
Purchased from Amazon.ca for $30. Make sure to buy the exterior ones.

The light looks bright as hell but the remote has a dimmer button...as well as party mode with colors.

Belly, could you supply the item information? This looks awesome. I'm guessing overnight you dim it or turn off.

LED Light Strip Waterproof 5 Meter 300LEDs 5050SMD RGBW LED Strip Full Kit with 40Key Remote Control and 12V 5A Power Supply https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B01HD37U6S/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_fET-AbRA9AFPR

I haven't tried it camping yet, I just installed it two weeks ago but we're headed out this weekend.
It has two banks of lights: either all on or every other one on...both banks are dimmable but only one bank has color changing capabilities and either bank can be turned on/off independently from a remote control.

I am going to get this. We were supposed to head out this weekend, but graduation came up unknowingly after we booked. So now need to wait until June. Not happy about it.[emoji852]️. Have a great time and thanks for the info.

Well, first trip of the year and they performed admirably.
Bright as the sun when I needed it, dimmed it down and changed the color grade for a more comfy vibe and disco mode for the kids enjoyment and attracted neighbours from all around for beers. All around, excellent purchase.
I'm contemplating wiring this into the exterior light switch somehow. I prefer it and it's way more useful, but inconvenient to have to setup everytime. Plus, if there is ever a failure in the lights themselves down the road, the electronics will already be wired in for a quick replacement.
