Plasti Dip waterproofing

Has anyone ever used Plasti Dip spray as a water repellant around a bunk frame.

I need an idea of the best way of resealing and keeping water from entering our bunks

I have a 2001 Roo....any help appreciated

Sorry, but haven't heard of it. Is this for the fabric (like a silicone water repellant)?

Do you mean around the frame when closed? Or when they are open?

I know what plastidip is, but can't see where you would use it.

Triguy, plastidip is a plastic coating primarily used for coating tool handles.

Thanks! I learn something new everyday here. Is the stuff flexible enough to be applied to canvas without cracking?

OP - can you describe where it is leaking? Maybe there is another solution.

You should post a picture of what exactly you intend to seal, so people can give you ideas.

the only places the canvas should be possibly leaking, is at the attachment points. the seams shouldn't leak once they've swollen and if by chance, they are, then regular tent seam sealer would be the choice.

of if the OP is actually having condensation issues and not true leak issues.

can't see how the stuff to dip tools in, could be used in this case.

but with a 13 year-old hybrid, there could be a variety of possibilities.
