Pleated shades in Roo 23IKSS

Two of the window shades are very hard to lower and raise. I can't figure out how to loosen the tension on the cords. The smaller side windows go up and down easily. I was hoping someone knows how to do this before I end up pulling to screw out of the wall.
Thanks,

Bonnie

Loosen the screw clamp holding the cords and let just a little slack in the cords and retighten.

Thanks, I'll try that in the morning. I just fixed a dish of moose tracks ice cream and have settled in for the night!

OldCoot gave me that same advice last year and it worked like a charm. the strings on the side are just too tight. loosen or remove the screws to loosen the guide strings and retighten the screws.
Much better

The ice cream was good and the shades are now good as well. Old Coot was right. I like using the shades rather than messing with the curtains. The trailer is cleaned out from last trip and ready for another one soon.
