Replacement for door gas strut - Roo 21DK

The gas strut that regulates the door movement on our 2016 Roo 21DK has given up the ghost. It is marked IGS 15lb and is 21" long end to end. Waiting on a call back from my dealer, but I'm not holding my breath. Has anyone replaced theirs? Can you point me to the replacement? I'm finding 10lb and 20lb, but no 15lb. If I can't find a 15 would I be better off choosing the 10 or the 20?

Is there a PEP BOYS near you? Mine has a wide variety of struts and have purchased several over the years. I take the bad one in and match it for length and pressure.

After the first winter with my 21SS the strut died. I ordered mine from Amazon. It's a Signature Series SX 200 - 15.

20# might put too mutch stress on the mounting points.
10# would still assist with opening and slow it down if a strong gust of wind were to blow it shut.
