Roo 235S Battery disconnect setting?

I am confused about the two battery disconnect settings on my 2022 Roo 235S.
It's my first time dewinterizing and I had the setting set to "off" during the winter and didn't even notice the "actuator out" setting until now.
What is the difference between the "off" setting and the "Actuator Out" setting? I'll assume that the "Off" setting did what the name implies and disconnects the batteries from the trailer so they would not charge during freezing temps - but I've no idea what the "Actuator Out" setting does nor when it should be used. I've tried to upload two photos that show the two settings. Can anyone enlighten me?
Thanks in advance!

This is from a member with the same switch and question.

"Actuator out" is the setting to remove the Actuator out of the housing so no one can change the setting.

Thank you Dan for a quick reply! This forum is great! A follow up question. Why would one ever want to change the settings on an actuator?
Time for full confession: I don't know what an actuator does on the camper. Something to do with the solar panel power conversion? Thanks again!

Actuator means "the knob that actuates the switch."

The switch disconnects the batteries from the trailer. Depending on how it's connected, it disconnects some or all of the trailer equipment from the battery.

You would do this when storing the trailer so the batteries aren't completely drained (bad for them) when you return.

It would be a good idea to find out whether your propane detector is disconnected when you set the switch. They are notorious for draining batteries when stored.

Yep, the switch knob is the "Actuator".
It's like taking the key out of the lock.

Be careful it doesn't fall out on the road if left in that position. Not sure if it can but no knob will make it hard to turn on.
