Roo 23ikss and 23 pricing

Hey guys

Can everyone post their pricing they got on their new 23ikss and ws trailers? I'm interested in both but want to see where they are coming in at. I would be trading in my 07 roo 21ss so I am hoping that will off set the payments! I have never bought new as I always felt you get a much better deal used. Input is appreciated!

Thanks!

From what I see older versions of the 23IKSS 2015 are Mid $20's and the newer 23IKsS seem to be a bit higher depends on what options you get. Depending on where you get it and options I would assume the $23,500-$25,000 would be an average price for either Too or Shamrock well equipped

Two years ago, we paid 20000 for an early 2015 ikss. There have been 2 price increases since I bought mine. I live in Indiana only about 100 miles from the factory so my transportation charge will be much less than yours in Arizona. I would think 23000 would be a good target.

23IKSS - Below $22,000
23WS -- Below 21,000
W / all options less thermopane windows, SS appliances, heated tanks, and Maple cabs. Add those in figure

Thermopane $653
SS Appliances $290
Heated tanks $218
Maple cabs $145

Not sure of the specific options on this; Most likely not the items mentioned above and no slide topper worth $363

Great info. Just to make sure you paid roughly 13500 after your trade I'm trying to get an idea what my payment would be around

Thanks

Just bought a 2016 23WS from Haylett RV in Michigan.
Total $25,000 including shipping to Maine ($1800.00) and all taxes
.
We got all the options included in the Sapphire edition plus the maple cabinets.

I think we did get a good deal

I just bought a 23IKSS yesterday at the Boston show and paid 23,800. Raised panels, night shades, 15K AC, both slide toppers, wood floor, outside grille, power jack, spare tire cover and expand a bed. I think that was it. My wife and I can't wait to use it this year. We had a highwall pop up. We liked the WS but when we looked at it the kids were banging the bathroom and rear bunk area doors together and it looked like a potential problem for us.

Thanks for that and congrats! I went to the show here in Jersey over the weekend. I like both models a lot. At the end of the day I think I am holding off. They were way too nice inside for me to let my 8,6,4 and soon to be 4th child run amuck in yet! I know they will break things being kids and I would rather that he pen to our 2007 until they are older! Best of luck!

Both slide toppers? I have one on the dinette/sofa slide but my awning covers my Kitchen slide? Do they even make one for kitchen slide?

There is an option for large and small topper. I assumed it was for kitchen slide. I figured it would be nice to have for days I don't have the awning out. I will confirm when I get it.

The small option/price is what is used for the 233S and 21BD or 21DK slides. The large option/price is for everything else, 21SS,23WS,23IKSS,21SSL.

None are for the IKSS kitchen slide or the 23WS ward slide.

That being said the factory would most likely be able to install one when the trailer is built or if not the dealer can, or you can yourself. They are fairly easy to put on.

I saw your post and pulled up my SPEC sheet. You may well be right but my observation is that an option that is model specific lists the model in parentheses after the description. Neither the large or small slide topper list models after the description. On the bright side I could be getting $290 off my bill.

I was told that by a Flagstaff rep at Hershey last September while I was looking into the 23WS.

Just paid $22,450 for a 2016 Shamrock 23IKSS. They wanted $23,900. We were running out of options in the market and didn't want to order. This one had everything we wanted and was heading to the Rv show. Anyone do better than $22,000?

Sapphire pkg, table and chairs and fold out couch instead of dinette and couch. Driftwood/Monarch and 'wood look floor'. Somewhere I have the full list of options and factory pricing on options and will post if anyone would like to see it - if I can find it!
