Harbor Freight sells a set of four for $10. Usually only one side needs covered. They have a spring metal hoop that fits over and around back of my 14" tires just fine and will not stick out to catch the wind and blow off.

The covers for ours have a metal wire brace so they do not blow off as much.
I tie a rope around the pair of tires on now they only blow off once or twice over the winter.

We bought Explore Land tire covers off Amazon. Buy the proper size and you won’t have any problems. I like this particular set because they go around the top of the tire and there is no bungi cord to fuss with at the bottom of the tire.

I initially had the dual tire style covers, but I found snow piled up on the part stretching between the two tires, pulling the covers off.

So I'm now using single covers and have no issues.

We bought THESE Kayme four layer tire covers (24-26") for our 23IKSS 14-inch tires last year. They've held up very well, though our KAMPAH was stored inside this winter.
