Find the amplifier switch behind the tv, it should be iluminated red, push it to turn it off, select menu on tv and go to input, scroll to find cable and do a channel scan. The amplifier is for when you want to use the antenna on tge roof.
Ditto to Mainframe's post but the booster switch light can be green instead of red.

If the above doesn't work then you need to ask if the campground is using clearQAM cable. If so, your tv may not have the correct tuner in it. That is happening sometimes now.
For my 2017 233s the plate with the antenna and green light is behind the tv.
The cable has to be moved from the antenna side with the green light (on the left side) to the cable side (on the right side of the plate) then switch your tv from antenna to cable in the tv menu and scan for channels
When you don't have cable/satellite and are using the antenna then you have to repeat the whole process again switching everything back.

We had to change out our TV with a better model, to get the new cable modulation formats. I tried everything with the old tv. I finally asked the campground manager what format they were using and he said the local cable tv changed their modulation and many RV tvs could no longer receive it. I replaced with with a samsung. Works fine now.
