So day one. Set up went ok. Had one problem with the city water connection. No mater how tight I tighten the hose it still leaks. Second problem is with the irv tech Sterio. I tryed to play a DVD it played but in black and white can't get color out of it. On normal tv it works just fine. Does anyone know how to fix these problems???
You might want to try a different HDMI cable just to eliminate that as a cause. I am having issues as well with the irv passing the video signal. There are a lot of gremlins in these units but I want to exhaust everything before exchanging.
I usually have a problem getting the water connection set up, therefore decided to go the easy route. I went to Camping World and got a Quick Disconnect/Connect adapter for about $6.00. I now connect the city water fitting in about 5.1 seconds.

Replace your washer, and check if there is any deformity of the thread end of the hose.
Try a different HDMI output, then a new cord. I havent looked but doubt there is a B&W converting setting on the TV.

I put a second washer in thank you. That fixed that problem. I still haven't found a b&w setting on the tv or the irv .It's fine on normal tv and cable just is b&w then I put a DVD in.
It just sounds like a bad cable issue. That would be a very strange defect for source equipment to send out b&w, but pretty common for a bad cable to have color messed up.
