shower in Shamrock 23 IKSS

I have recently purchased a Shamrock 23 IKSS which I absolutely love. We are thrilled with all the storage space and interior space with the two slide outs. However, the only thing we are not pleased with is the shower. It is so small and with just a curtain coming down to the shower base, it is almost impossible to use it without getting water all over the floor. Has anyone come up with a solution to this problem? If there was a raised acrylic barrier that would keep the shower curtain inside the shower it might help. Any suggestions?

many with the corner showers, have purchased/installed shower guards from Lowes or Home Depot.
there's a smaller corner one and a taller one available.

it's a common mod for all RV's with corner showers, not just hybrids.

i'm sure you can find pics of this mod, by searching on any RV forum.

Another common mod is adding a curved shower rod to gain more space inside the shower. Also try using a fabric curtain instead of plastic.

As Dan suggested, I added the tall version of the tub guard and it has made a huge difference.

Thanks, all. Some good ideas. I am going to Lowes or Home Depot to get something to alleviate the problem.

1) make sure trailer is level. Water will always show you how un-level your trailer is. 2) When using the shower face the curtain with back against the shower inclosure so you always spray into the enclosure. 3) keep the bathroom fan on, besides removing moisture it seems to help keep the shower curtain expanded out to maximize shower space. 4) A little water will always escape, no big deal use your Sham-Wow to wipe down the entire bath room

I added a shower curtain liner, and velco strips along the walls(2 strips), that has helped a great deal. I also just added a "commond hook" and when we are camping I hook a shower caddy to hold shampoo and soap. I'm still working on getting it "perfect"
