Visiting Rockwood in Millersburg, Ind. With issue

We happen to be passing thru this area on our return trip from a 3 mo. cross country trip and are seriously considering stopping by Rockwood, the manufacturer of the Roos to address the issue of the long and flimsy skirts on our camper that have been blown off on both sides on 2 different trips. Clearly this has been an issue with others since there are a few threads re: this problem AND the new ones are now coming with much shorter skirts. Just wondering if anyone else has stopped by their office with any issue and have any advice ie., address, who to talk to and did you have an appt., if that is even possible. Thanks, we will be there next week.

Talked to Deb Rimsa last week and she was able to work us in at the factory today in Millersburg Indiana. We dropped it off, went out for breakfast and when we returned it was completely repaired, fixed and looking like new with a new skirt on both sides as well as wheel fenders. Deb and the guys at the shop could not have been more accommodating. Thanks for a great experience Rockwood.
