Water toilet

Got some toilet repair to perform on my 2016 Roo 19 and was wondering how to turn off the water to the toilet?

Either turn off the pump or turn off the city water. I have never seen a separate shutoff.

I remember seeing one once but it wasn't factory installed. I believe someone posted a pic of it here.

Most people install their own shut off tap for the toilet, the first time they’re doing any substantial work. If not…..just shut off the supply for the entire rig.

Lots to choose from

After shutting off water/turning off the pump, turn on a sink and let some water run to release built-up pressure out of the lines before doing work.

Anyway, it's not a completely uncommon upgrade for RVs as a do-it-yourself project.

I turned off the water pump at the switch panel, but it keeps on pumping water to the toilet. Is there another on/off switch on the pump itself?

Are you hooked up to "city water". If so, turn off the valve at the water pedestal.
You do not need the water pump on if hooked up to "city water".

Nope, no city water and only a small amount of water from the water tank. I don't get it that the toilet keeps getting water from ?

Are you hearing the pump turn on and pump water?

This is the toilet valve. The Beech Lane Upgraded Water Valve Kit 385311641 for Dometic Toilets 300, 310, and 320- Freeze Resistant Technology, Patent Pending Double O Ring Safeguards Against Leaks.

It costs more than others at $19.99 on Amazon, but is freeze resistant and has a double O ring.

There are no separate valves for ANY of the water lines in my Roo. None. Not sure of any special need for one at the toilet or anywhere else. But if the plumbing is in pieces it's dirt simple to put one in. Just something to be Off when it should be On though.
