Weird Roo Bunk End Water Leak Issue

Last weekend, my area was hit by over 7" of rain with high winds. The bunk ends were closed.

When we opened the bunk ends yesterday, there was no water on the outside of the canvas as one would expect with a normal seal leak. But there was water on the inside of the seal between the main body and the bunk end.Click image for larger version

How did the water get inside? The rest of the bunk end material was dry. Both bunk ends had the same issue. Thoughts?

The photo is a view of the horizontal connecting material between the bunk end bottom and the main camper. The light colored section is where the water accumulated when the bunk ends were closed.

I'd guess ran down the sides of the vertical seal and into there. Close it up and inspect the bottom of the vertical seals carefully.

Front bunk?
Just took my 19 in for a leak repair, and we were getting water in at that location.
repair still untested, and 200 bucks later we'll see if it holds water as it should.
The dealer said they added sealant between the roof rubber and the front fiberglass curved piece. I didn't see any obvious breaks in the seal but they said the found 3. My story will to-be continued. If I were you, check very closely for breaks in the sealant where the roof meets the fiberglass.

Thanks for the input. Currently, am camping by Lake Shelbyville in rather cool temperatures. We decided to go "turtle" to make the inside more comfortable. We use an electric heater to lessen the load (and propane use) of the furnace.
I will check the caulk at both ends of the trailer when I get home. Temps will be in the 40s.

Caulked the roof yesterday. Forecasted to have rain today and heavy rain tomorrow. We will see if that fixes the problem.
