What are these...becasue I broke them...dangit!

Not sure what these are....but got the camper out today and was washing the top....and ran the brush into these.....

just not sure what they are??.....but they are broke NOW!

YES...I ran into BOTH of them!!!!!!!

they pull right off. 4 bucks each I seen yesterday.

Some of those caps have a screw that needs to be removed. If there is a small hole on top filled with caulk, dig into that to find the screw head.

I have already had to replace 1 of my vent caps, and my unit is only 4 years old. The sun really can do a number on those puppies.

I found vent caps and the bases at a local RV dealer for a couple dollars each. I just replaced the cap, not the base.

Now is the time to get a 360deg. Vent cap. Basically it is a free spinning venturi type vent that removes odors from the tanks. I only replaced my black tank cap.

these seem to be cemented in.....tried to pull it off...and it just exploded in my hand.....looks like I will have to peal the cement off and replace cap...then cement back in????......is that normal?....

I saw someone said that they had a screw holding it on.....these seem to be sealed with a cement.....is that normal?

$26.95 fixed 2 roof vents...DONE! :-)

vents were only about 6 bucks.....the rest was caulk and sealant tape :-0
