If you can’t find it in a storage compartment, you’ll have to contact your dealership and ask where it is. You should have seen it during your PDI.

Was the trailer hooked to shore power, during the PDI?

Mine was in a black vinyl bag in the storage compartment closest to the power hook-up. The dealer used their own power cord during the PDI, but showed me where ours was.

Check in the drawers, inside the camper. Our friend's camper had everything in the kitchen drawers.

I guess I was confused by another post about the power cord being in a compartment and not being able to get it out of the access panel... or something like that, and the OP's reference to

Another possibility is that some of these posts were culled out of an existing Berkshire thread and it took them a while to settle in the Roo | Shamrock sub-forum in their own thread.

i figured the OP is coming from a popup - our old popup had the power cord hard wired to the camper and you pulled the cord out from the access port to connect to shore power.

to the OP - our power cord was in one of the storage area closest to the plug. But in our PDI, the dealer used our power cord and showed where they put it when they disconnected the power. It sounds like the dealer forgot to put yours back in the camper after your PDI.

You won't be the first person to get a trailer and leave the power cord behind... I did that too.

So...if you don't have a power cord, unhook your battery now or use the cut-off switch if it has one.

Some TT also have the cord permanently attached. Not just pop ups. The one I traded in for my Tracer had one like that.

My Roo came with the proper detachable cord.

Second "mod" I made to my Coleman Bayside popup was to cut the permanent power cord off and fit an external socket. Freed a good size cabinet that would otherwise be full of wet, dirty electrical cord.

One of the first and best mods I did to my PUP as well. I didn't like the mouse hole and the tremendous amount of wasted space.

Wish we had thought of that with our old Bayside!
