Never found a "50amp" site that didn't have 30a and 20a as well. Pretty standard pedestal setup.
It's not common, but I recall a few places that were this way. I might come across it once per year or so.

The only place you'd have 50 amps available would be in your shore power cord and into the power distribution box. From there on, the main 30a breaker in your power distribution box would limit any draw to 30a. Nothing more.
Exactly why I said it would be supplying that to the dogbone. I have no idea what someone may change in their distribution box. And pedestal breakers often get weak and may tend to trip before rated capacity.

That looks like a disaster waiting to happen. They really have a water spigot installed over, and pointing at, an electrical receptacle???
That’s the least of the terrible at those particular spots.
