OP, there is no model-specific nor brand-specific owners manual. Just a generic owners manual with basic RV systems information.
You can download the current version and it will be virtually the same as the 2002 version.
This is the RV Industry standard, not just Forest River.

There are generic manuals online at www.forestriverinc.com and you might be able to download manuals for the appliances online at the manufacturer's website. You tube also has some videos of that specific year and model.

And, of course, you can always ask questions here to get some help.
