It is taking too long and too much water to get the black water tank clean on my Surveyor (SV230). I use a reverse flush attachment and hose attached spray cleaner. Does anyone have experience or advice on adding an after market tank flush system?
How clean are you trying to get it? If you're going for clear you're not going to get it. Just flush it until the sensors read empty and you don't see any "floaties", then call it good.

Soft water is water that has attached sodium ions.....basically you can add a water softener to you house, or buy a bottle of water softener and pour it in the tank and fill with water.
I bought a reverse flush attatchment this last summer and use it every time I dump I run it for only a couple of min. and let it drain out again Works well for only a small investmentI got mine at CW for less than 20.00 as it was on sale and I am a pres club member
