B&W Hitch setting

I need some advise on setting heighth on my companion 3700 hitch
I have 2019 chevy 4x4 2500hd duramax truck with factory 5th wheel package.
I ordered a Rockwood 2888 ultra light 5er
My 5er is due in this week and a want to set up the hitch before i get to the dealership. I know it will need adjustment but want to take a shot at getting it right the first time. I have a few different height adjustments and thought maybe someone has been down this “road”
Thanks
Top of bed rail is 58 inches and hitch has 3 adjusments
16.75” to 18.75”
And 2” of front to back adjustments

Looks like middle holes for hitch setting. that will give me 5” clearance. I will be nose high about an inch.

5" is a minimum suggested clearance and is good for normal use. We find that 6"+ is needed for very uneven, unimproved areas we go to in the backwoods.
I have always thought + or - 1" of level is good enough, with being nose high preferable in most cases.
Enjoy!!

I got by on one 5th wheel we had with 4-1/2" but I had to watch closely in uneven areas. Never touched but was close.
